Capital Safety DBI-SALA ShockWave2 1244306 Lanyard

Capital Safety's ShockWave2 Shock Absorbing Lanyard 1244306 features DBI-SALA's self locking snap hooks at both ends. These user-friendly hooks have a 3/4 inch opening and are easy to open, even with gloves on. The ShockWave2 weighs a mere 2.3 lbs and measures 6 feet in length.

With freedom of movement in mind, the ShockWave2 is created to be stretchable so that typical dragging, snagging, and other trip fall hazards are greatly reduced. The abrasion resistant tubular webbing is durable, thus increasing the longevity of the product and reducing supply costs in the long run.

By utilizing this equipment, the forces that are transferred to the body during a fall are reduced. In addition, by incorporating a unique inner core, the ShockWave2 immediately begins to extend and absorb energy during a fall, thus limiting arresting forces to no more than 900 lbs. If the lanyard is subjected to a fall, the unique impact indicator allows users to easily perform a visual inspection of the unit, and retire the unit if needed.
