Capital Safety’s DBI/SALA 1105475 Nomex/Kevlar Welding Harness, offers extended protection for users in environments where falling is not the only hazard. Working in an environment with sparks and slag from welding, or smelting operations, requires a tough harness like the Nomex/Kevlar! With a
flame resistant Nomex outer shell with a
Kevlar core webbing that has an 800 degree char temperature, this harness will not be ruined in these work conditions, unlike many standard harnesses made with nylon and polyester webbing.
For added comfort and donning, this harness features the Delta No-Tangle design and pass-thru buckle leg straps. In addition, this harness is equipped with a back D-ring and adjustable non-slip chest strap with an easy to use pass-thru buckle. With incorporated built-in belt loops, you can use your own or add one of Capital Safety’s for added tool carrying options and back support.
If you are working in a potentially explosive environment or welding, you want the protection of Nomex/Kevlar webbing for flame, heat, and cut resistance and
PVC coated hardware that is non-sparking and non-conductive. Available in a convenient
universal size, this harness meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA and ANSI.
Please note that this is a specialty item, and may require extended delivery time.
