At only 2.26 lbs. (lighter than its steel alternative) the Aluminum Snap Hook adds little to the Nano-Lok, itself weighing in at only 1.6 lbs. As affordable as a shock-absorbing lanyard, but with all the advanced fall protection of a self retracting lifeline.

The Nano-Lok is designed for ultra-safe working at heights and boasts a weight capacity of up to 420 lbs. Whether work puts you on a communications tower or a construction site, there is a Nano-Lok SRL configuration for every need.

The Aluminum Snap Hook provides safe and lightweight protection with 3,600 lb. (16kN) gate strength.

If you can buy superior fall protection for the same cost as just pretty good protection, we recommend the superior one. In this case, the Nano-Lok SRLs are just plain superior to old shock-absorbing lanyards.

In all ways the Nano-Lok is designed to be quick and easy to use. Connection to a harness could not be easier. The Nano-Lok attachment connectors slide through the rear D-ring web loop and you’re done.

The aluminum snap hook option provides quick and easy anchorage to most structures on large work and industrial sites, even if the anchorage point is below the dorsal D-ring of the user. Should you use it like this you must consider the adjusted fall capacity (users up to 310 lbs. must be anchored within 3 ft. of the D-ring, those up to 420 lbs. within two feet.) The Nano-Loks have lots of attachment options for you to choose from. Or if you already have a carabiner that meets current OSHA standards, you can order your Nano with the integrated anchorage loop and use your own carabiner for attachment.
