The Heavy-Duty Compact SRL from DBI/SALA has an aluminum housing and stainless steel working components. For some jobs a plastic case just isn't going to cut it, so DBI offers this over-the-top rugged unit.
A reserve lifeline retention system keeps extra turns on the drum for added safety and a self-locking swivel snap hook with impact indicator is available in either standard plated steel or stainless for the ultimate in corrosion resistance. The 11 ft. of 3/16 in. stainless steel cable and the rugged, heavy duty anodized cast aluminum housing provides maximum durability in harsh or challenging work environments. Its compact and lightweight design extends and retracts automatically, so in the event of a fall it stops the falling worker within inches and limits arresting forces to 900 lbs. or less. It also has an anti-ratcheting twin disk brake for added safety. It exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA and ANSI Z359-2007. Weighs 5.4 lbs.
