The Talon Self Retracting Lifeline with Swiveling Loop top connector from DBI/SALA is an economical model tailored for compliance. The swiveling loop allows for attachment to a variety of anchor points, and is intended to be used with a carabiner (purchased separately). These may be found on our Accessories page.
The housing is constructed of nylon with the swiveling loop connector for attachment to an anchor point with the aid of a carabiner. The nylon webbing has a sewn-in fold used as an impact indicator that rips to show if the unit has absorbed a fall. Light weight 8ft x 3/4 in. nylon webbing and anti-ratcheting brake system are designed for smooth and consistent operation, limiting fall arrest impact forces to 900 lbs. or less.
