DBI Force2 Shockwave Wind Energy Lanyard

The Force2 Shockwave Wind Energy Lanyard is a secure fall arrest lanyard, ideal for work at extreme heights such as wind turbine engineering, construction or cell phone tower maintenance where the only tie-off point might be at your feet.

Rigorously tested the Force2 lanyard can bear a load up to 140kg in weight, while the hooked gates are rated to 3,600lbs of fall force. Tech-Lite aluminum D-rings give the Force 2 an incredible strength to weight ratio (Tech-Lite gear is normally only used in aerospace industries and by the military).

Featuring a specially designed nylon shock pack the Force2 can extend up to 12’ and still keep fall forces below OSHA standards (with a 310lb load), or at full capacity (420lbs) it can take a 6’ fall. This is crucial when tying off at your feet, as lesser lanyards might bottom out, exerting dangerous amounts of force on the body.

Nomex polymer and Kevlar coverings protect the shock absorbing portion of the lanyard, making it resilient to even the harshest of work environments (such as atop a wind turbine or cell phone tower), bit still incredibly lightweight.

The Force Two lanyard is internationally certified for fall protection, OSHA/ANSI compliant for the Americas and EN355 compliant in Europe, giving you complete flexibility and the assurance of the quality of this gear.
