The MicroDock II from BW Honeywell automates maintenance of your BW gas monitors. Plug your gas monitors in at the end of the day and know they are fully charged and ready to go in the morning. Start calibrations and bump tests with the touch of a button. Data is easily retrieved from each unit and sent to your computer. The MicroDock II allows you to ensure that each piece of your personal protective equipment (PPE) is fully operational and will work as expected in dangerous, toxic or explosive gas environments that they may encounter in the course of their day to day work.
Designed to be expandable, the MicroDock II can run up to ten different modules to maintain, record data, bump test and calibrate your gas monitors. The entire GasAlert range can be catered to: the Max XT II, the Quattro, MicroClip and each of the MicroClip Extreme, and Micro 5 series. If you have three Quattros and four Max XT IIs, you can customize your Docking Station to service and maintain all of them at once.
Calibration of the gas monitors is simple, with each gas required being hooked up to the monitors individually, providing easy one-button calibration as it is needed; the same goes for bump testing too. The Micro Dock 2 will also verify the status of the audible and visual alarms.
Each calibration module has clear indication of the state of each device, three bright LED warning lights are in place: Yellow for ‘TESTING’, green for ‘PASSED’ and red for ‘FAILED’, so you can quickly tell which of your hand-held detectors are safe for use.
The included Fleet Manager II software allows you to take complete control of each device; from the download and management of data logged to allowing tweaking of individual settings that are not available on the devices themselves.
